Production Platforms for Shallow Water Shengli Kaifa No.1 Mobile Production Platform was the first production equipment in Shengli offshore oil field and set up a new prospect for shallow waters exploration and exploitation. The platform was elected as one of the ten remarkable scientific and technological achievements of CNPC in 1993 and given the first class award for Scientific and Technological Progress by CNPC in October, 1994.
